• With direct hot billet rolling from Billet caster, reduces the total product cost to major extent.
• Reheating furnace operation and with efficient heating system reduces the amount of scale formed for quality /special steel products.
• 2hi shiftable reversing mill stand used for specific process requirements
• State-of-the-art cooling technologies are available, with solid and split design nozzles to for thermo-mechanical rolling of rebars and for quenching & tempering both carbon and alloy steels, including stainless.
• Coil reforming, handling and compacting systems (with two arm mandrel, Flat conveyor for coil weight less than 1 mt and vertical pallet coil handing system for coil weight 1 to 2mt) deliver the highest quality coil for demanding
markets.
